Question: What's a bounce mod and how does it work?
After subscribing, start the game, select "custom game" in the game menu. Create a new dummy character if you don't have one already, then start the mod (you'll be bounced back to the regular character selection). You will get an "error" message, but this is perfectly normal and just means the game is aware you're using a bounce mod. Select your character and start the game. You'll have to repeat this every time you go back to the main menu.
Frankly, no. I'm pleased with the current state, and as much as I would like to offer different options, there's just too much effort required to do so. I will try my best to offer support to, and answer any questions from people trying to do so.
For someone with programming skills it may even be an option to write something to make the relevant values adjustable, as .dbr files can be opened and modified with any text editor, but that person is not me.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer this is much helpful. I will try to make these modifications. Out of curiosity, do you plan, by any chance, to make a "lite" version of your mod with this kind of criteria? (Keep all the fixes but do not modify the chances to get more epic and legendary items).
